Nearly finished …

Just 22 more circles to stitch and the quilt on the frame will be finished – except of course for trimming and binding.

It’s been a very satisfying journey, taking more time to make decisions than than actual quilting time!  I’m really pleased with how it looks although I know it will be finished rather than perfect.   This may well be an online class offering for next year so watch this space!

Exciting times in the Chris&Barbara side of my quilting life – we have a new Heritage Quilts pattern released – Rolling Star.  https://payhip.com/b/Ks7C

For the past few years Chris has been beavering away writing up patterns for some of the vintage quilts  that live in The Cupboard here at the Rural Office and you’ll find the full list at our sister blog Meadowside Designs.  Early on to the Heritage Quilts list were this Diamond Strippy        https://payhip.com/b/uy71

and this Hexagon Medallion

While Chris was writing this pattern I was busy re-making it and we were both pleased with the result –

Time to finish those 22 circles!  Happy stitching …
